Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees associated with warranty claims.

Items must be securely packaged before being returned. Lumya is not responsible for lost or stolen items during transit.

All return shipments must include a tracking number. Packages sent without tracking will not be accepted.

Lumya reserves the right to void the warranty on items that show signs of misuse, intentional damage, or alterations, as assessed by our team of jewelry specialists.
